Super nice team and even lent us umbrellas . the pillows were really hard.

Its location short walk from a metro station.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

We didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-nights stay. The room we had included climate control, TV set, and a refrigerator. It met the purpose. Everyone from the staff was amiable. It was about 16 miles from the airport: )

Spacious and comfortable with a washing machine in the Economy Double Room. Hard bed made it difficult to sleep well.

The atmosphere created was FAMILY. We got a room with bidet. Television, a fridge, and a sitting area turned out to be good.

The room was such a disaster, wet towels everywhere and unemptied bins, never seen more dirty hair! I almost gave a good review, but then could hardly breathe from the nasty smell from the bathroom! How I'd expect to receive a complimentary upgrade, nothing more special than dirty linens, that's so typical.

Our Family Room with Balcony had everything we needed. Cozy with a balcony, and air conditioning kept it cool. Super convenient with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom had nice toiletries and was private. The air purifiers were a great touch too! Easy access to Ueno and Minowa station made exploring so simple.

We really enjoyed the washing machine in our room, it made handling laundry so easy, plus, the super nice team. One time, they even lent us umbrellas just for a quick walk to the konbini across the street.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, acceptable if you're looking for a good stay.
